All products purchased from our website (Echoes-gallery.com) are all final products, checked carefully through quality inspection. They are born out of care and love, and many of them are handmade with limited quantities. We aim to bring the best artworks to the collectors all over the world, and hope you can just love them as much as we do.
And here are things you should be aware of:
• Please check carefully your shipping information and make sure they are all correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
• Please understand that slight imperfections such as visible joint lines are common due to the very nature of the production process, which do not constitute as damaged or defective.
Return/ Exchange measures:
If you have concern with our products, we are happy to deal with it. Just please make sure any such replacement requests must be made to (Gaku@echoes-gallery.com) within 7 days from the day of receipt, or we are afraid we could not proceed your requests. Also, any return products should be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with their original packaging.
And please follow the procedures below in terms of your situation.
1. Item I received is damaged. What should I do?
i. If your item is damaged or contains a missing part, please email to Gaku@echoes-gallery.com within 7 days with your order number and include pictures of laser tag attached on the coloured box and the pictures of items you have concern with.
ii. After we receiving your requests, we will assess the situation based on the information you provide, then contact to you.
iii. Once we all confirm it is defective, we will let you know how to return/exchange and when you could receive your refund. Please note that we might request for the damaged or defective product to be destroyed by you before replacements can be made, this is also assessed on a case-by-case basis.
p.s. Please note that such replacement requests do not apply to damaged/imperfect packaging. We could understand that you might care about the packing , but the purpose of our packaging is to protect item inside during transit. But you don’t need to worry about it at all because we have corresponding packaging design and testing to prevent this issue. But if you still care about packing, we suggest you purchase from our resellers in store.
2. I received the wrong items. What should I do?
i. If you receive wrong items, please email to Gaku@echoes-gallery.com within 7 days with your order number, and attach pictures of laser tag on the coloured box as well as wrong received items.
ii. After we receiving your requests, we will assess the situation based on the information you provide, then contact to you.
iii. Once we confirm we send the wrong ones, we will let you know how to return/exchange and when you could receive your refund.
p.s. Please double check your order detail before placing your orders and ensure they are all correct. We are not responsible for the incorrect delivery due to your incorrect information.
3. I purchased from resellers and like to return/exchange. What should I do?
If you purchase from our resellers and like to return/exchange, please directly contact that reseller you purchased from and follow their policy.
Others:
1. If you still like to return/exchange items even though they are all perfect without defection and without missing parts, we just refund you the price of the items, not including the postage fee of that order. Also, the returned postage fee should be paid by you.
2. If your items are all perfect and delivered correctly but you still like to return/exchange, you should make sure there are no missing parts or damages caused by you- such as leaving stains, scratch, odour- on our products, and inform us within 7 days (email to Gaku@echoes-gallery.com). We will contact to you via email and let you know how to proceed next. Once we receive your returned products and confirm they are all perfect, we will refund to you.
